Tanalised Timber Board - 8ft (2.4m) for Gardens and Allotments

Tanalised timber boards are produced from European Spruce Whitewood and are coated with an environmentally-friendly preservative which provides protection against fungal decay and wood destroying insects. Our treated allotment boards have a greenish tinge which highlights the natural variations in the wood, this will in time weather to a natural brown shade then finally fading to a driftwood grey after significant exposure to sunlight.

Uses for tanalised garden timber boards include: Raised Beds, Timber Fencing, Timber Decking, Landscaping and Construction (Comply to British and European standards including BS8417)

Specification: 8ft - 2.4m x 225mm x 36mm

Weight: 11.08kg

Also available in sizes: 10ft, 6ft, 4ft and in packs of 25 and 50.

Please note any surface exposed by drilling or cutting must be coated with a cut end preservative, failure to do so will affect the preservative in the coating. It is recommended that coated ends are not put in the ground or in direct contact with water.
